Project: Design a Jazz club. Team concept was to combine the best qualities of precedents (Oslo Opera House, Norway and Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston, MA). The design provides interior space for night-time jazz performances and daytime events with a vista of Boston. Ramping roofs create spontaneous exterior public play space and a possible outdoor venue for music performances (night and day).
